Rates

Based on single or double occupancy, and three night minimum, the per night charge is $130.00 ($123.80+5% GST). No pets thank you. We have a large, goofy, curious, yellow lab who likes to be the greeting party but will otherwise respect your stay.

Maximum guest capacity right now is 4 - unless one family unit is more than 4 - please ask.

Extra guests over age 12 are $15 (GST inc.) per person, per night. Children under 12 are free, unless you accidently leave without them.

Included in the rates, you'll find some breakfast supplies in the fridge when you arrive. **Zoning here does not permit an oven so there is not one, but please check further here for how you can fuel your day.

Shorter or longer stays and seasonal variations may be considered, please talk to me about your plans and so I can talk to you about rates.

We reserve the right to refuse check in, and refunds, if the number of guests is misrepresented. This is a quiet residential area designed for healthy active living, and it's not suitable for party getaways. We support the BC Public Health Orders and want to keep everyone safe.

Please contact us to check on availability. Three night minimum is preferred, but we know that travelling is full of fun logistics, so talking to me about your objectives is a great way to see how we can best make your visit work.

All reservations are fully pre-paid at time of confirmed booking. Please check our cancellation policy here.

Payments can be made by e-transfer to [email protected] or I can issue you an invoice via Stripe for online credit card payments. Reservations are not considered completed until payment is received.
